Did you know that as a State Plan member or covered dependent, you have access to no-cost wellness events and presentations? A variety of different presenters offer classes.

Good news! All virtual events are available to all eligible members, not just those in Health Center areas. Classes labeled "By Premise Health Coaching" are open to all plan members except Medicare retirees. Walk With Ease for Prizes

Walk with Ease is hosting a lunch time event at the Capitol Complex in Helena! 

  • Get free giveaways just for showing up

  • Enter for raffle prizes for each lap around the Capitol you do

  • Sign up for the Walk With Ease Program

  • Enjoy time outside

  • Meet others interested in outdoor activity

This event is free and open to everyone - participation in the Walk With Ease Program is not required.  Grab a friend and come join us!

Walk With Ease

Anywhere - your schedule, your pace!

Walk with Ease is a fun, flexible six‑week walking program designed for everyone—from beginners to seasoned walkers.

You choose the time, location, and pace. Walk during your breaks, around your neighborhood, or wherever feels good.

Each week you will get a motivating email to keep your momentum going, plus easy tips to help you stay active. Track and submit your minutes each week.

Complete all six weeks, and you will be entered into a drawing to win prizes!

Yoga

Fridays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

Teams Meeting will be sent to registered attendees.

This virtual yoga class is good for all experience levels. Flow through a warm-up, sun salutations, balance, hip openers, twists, core work, and relaxation. Come when you can - no requirement for attendance every Friday.

We cannot guarantee that registrations received less than 24 hours prior will be honored. If you cannot make class, please extend the courtesy of canceling.

Register for a Premise Health Group Presentation

  1. Visit MyPremiseHealth.com or log in to the Premise Health app.
  2. If required, log in to your account.
  3. Click “Schedule an Appointment” at the top of the page.
  4. Select “Health Seminar.”
  5. Select the Seminar title you wish to attend and click the orange time button underneath.
    • If the class is full, no date/time will show. Contact a Montana Health Center to see if more slots can be opened for that particular class.
  6. In the "What is the most important thing you want addressed during this visit," enter the main thing you want to get out of attending.
  7. Verify your appointment details and click “Schedule."
  8. A link for joining the seminar will be provided prior to the date of the event. Links will be sent through MyChart on the Premise patient portal.
