ABOUT THE BUREAU
The State Procurement Bureau (SPB) provides professional procurement services to all state agencies for the acquisition of supplies and services. State Procurement ensures compliance with all state statutes and procurement requirements; establishes Term Contracts for commonly used goods and services, manages the States Fuel and Procurement Card Programs and offers procurement training to state agencies. State Procurement provides a central location for vendors interested in bidding on state projects, and maintains the States bidders' registration and notification list. State Procurement strives for transparent, cost effective contracts that ensure the State receives the maximum value for taxpayers' dollars.
